On Saturday 7^th April 2018, my colleague Tracy Williams (Hackney Engagement Project Officer) facilitated a yoga workshop with Simon Owen at Redmond Community Centre.

Simon has experience in working with sickle cell patients and had lots of tips to help during a crisis.

Tracy also provided us with a yummy Ital lunch.
