Cycle for sickle!
Have you ever found yourself watching the Tour de France and thinking to yourself that you’d love to take part in a cycling challenge, but perhaps something a little less gruelling?
We’ve got just what you want, with slots available on not one, but two different cycle races.
This September, you can cycle from London to Brighton–it’s a bit more than 60 miles, and you can do it in a day! Race up to 2000 people from the city to the sea. Sign up here if you’re interested!
If that doesn’t sound far enough for you, why not get in training for a mini Tour de France of your own? This April, cycle from London to Paris across British and French countryside with all your bed and board paid for. It’ll be like a holiday, except you’ll be cycling almost 300 miles! Again, if you’re interested, you can sign up online.
The Sickle Cell Society will help you meet the fundraising targets, so if you’ve a passion for cycling and a desire to take a challenge for a good cause, what are you waiting for? Sign up to a bike race!
